About the Principal Consultant

Fashionista Image Management was founded in 2006 by Candice Lela – Rolingson . Candice’s  passion for beauty and fashion inspired her to establish the brand. Her approach to assisting her clientele with their image is a holistic one, she teaches clients to define their inner beauty and how to project that through their everyday lives.

Candice was first trained as a hairstylist by Vashti Supersad-Maharaj of Hair Cuts Plus. She is certified in Makeup and Esthetics by the Ephraim Hunte Makeup Academy, and is self taught in  Special Effects Makeup and became certified as a Temptu Pro Airbrush Makeup Artist. Lela- Rolingson will soon be recognized as an AICI-Association of Image Consultants International Certified Image Consultant, she also holds an LCCI Diploma in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations and is currently being mentored by New York City’s RockStar Image Coach to the stars, John Battaglia Jr.

Candice's eclectic style and outgoing personality takes Fashionista-IM beyond the box...she is no stranger to the fashion industry. While in her teens Saleem Samuel discovered and coached her to become a model. She was later screened for the Miss World and Miss Universe Trinidad & Tobago Beauty Pageants in 2002. She has worked in various capacities among the fashion industries’ finest, Claudia Pegus, Ephraim Hunte, Xantash and many others, whom have influenced her immensely. Candice has  assisted in refining the images of Men and Women , models ,musicians and public figures and she takes pride in the world class level of customer service her team offers and is working diligent.ly to become the leader in image management in the region.
